Laboratory Testing
Outpatient Hours of Service:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-12:00 Noon- Saturday
Closed on Sundays
On call 24 hours a day for Emergencies
The laboratory provides testing for newborns and all ages. Lab testing will take
from 10 minutes to 5 hours, depending on nature of test.
Laboratory - Department of Transportation Testing (DOT)

On call 24 hours a day for Emergencies
Arrangements have been made by commercial carriers to have DOT testing performed
at CHA Lab. The testing requires collection of urine specimen. If specimen cannot
be obtained within 3 hours, the patient will be turned away. This is an out patient
procedure unless post accident.
