Hours of Service: Monday through Friday-8:00 AM-4:30 PM
On call 24 hours a day

Occupational Therapy:

Teaches use of prosthetic, orthotic and assistive devices
Evaluates home environment and makes appropriate recommendations
Teaches patient how to maintain daily living activities

Medical Service Worker

Provides assessment of patient's psycho-social and financial needs
Teaches patient and family about community resources

Speech Therapy

Administers diagnostic speech and language evaluations
Establishes home speech therapy program
